Introduction to NT96675 Law Enforcement Instruments and Regulations on the Use of Law Enforcement Instruments （2022/5/22）
According to relevant regulations, standardize the use of on-site law enforcement video and audio recorders and their necessity
Article 1 In order to further strengthen the video and audio recording of on-site law enforcement, standardize on-site law enforcement activities of public security organs, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people, in accordance with the "Procedural Regulations for Public Security Organs Handling Administrative Cases", "Procedural Regulations for Public Security Organs Handling Criminal Cases" and other relevant regulations, make this provision.
Article 2 The video and audio recording of on-site law enforcement means that the public security organs use on-site law enforcement recording equipment to synchronously record the entire process of on-site law enforcement activities with audio, and collect, save, manage, and use on-site law enforcement video and audio data.
Article 3 Public security organs shall, in accordance with regulations, be equipped with on-site law enforcement recording equipment such as single police law enforcement records, and equipment such as automatic transmission, storage, and management of on-site law enforcement video and audio data.
